Wilmot Rd

This project was for a developer client to provide 8 apartments on a L-shaped infill site currently occupied by dilapidated lock-up garages. Following extensive discussions with Waltham Forest council, including two pre-application submissions, the scheme recently achieved consent. I was project architect for the scheme, working closely with the director and my colleague to prepare and submit the application, whilst coordinating input from other consultants.
