Wick Park

This scheme for CA Ventures delivers 330 student rooms, incubator units and prime office space in the heart of Fish Island, Hackney Wick. An area that has seen dramatic development and change as part of the Olympic Legacy, Wick Park will offer exciting, quality accommodation for students, many of whom will attend the new London College of Fashion campus in the adjacent Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I worked collaboratively with the client, London Legacy Development Corporation and key stakeholders to develop a high-quality design and ensure that robust, buildable solutions were implemented on site.
