Plevna Crescent
This 72 home scheme is spread across four lightweight pavilions, adjacent to an urban ecology site and bounded by rail tracks in Haringey, London. The project offers a combination of housing association and private sale homes, the latter designed in strict accordance with Jewish design principles. The apartments have been designed to maximise dual aspect views. The building interiors include large open plan living/dining areas, balconies and designated cycle storage, and the adaptable layouts will accommodate the changing needs of family life. Under appointment to the contractor, my role in the project was to review the RIBA stage 4 packages and coordinate a team of up to 4 to develop the packages in preparation for commencement on site in 2020. I also led a team to develop proposals for additions to the scheme for the main contractor to price.
