North Coast, Trinidad

This unique project is for an artist client based in Trinidad. Set amongst cloud forest on the north coast, the studio, archive and ancillary accommodation is comprised of an exposed steel structure, infilled in part with tropical hardwood cladding. The steel structure was pre-fabricated in Morecambe, Lancashire and shipped in containers to site, where the fabricator's team are assembling it. Whilst I have observed this project throughout its life, my primary role has been in the later stages, managing the contract, cost, programme and logistics.
